First Login Instruction
If this is your first time logging into your member account, we have initiated your member account with a temporary password. Please follow these instructions to take ownership of your RAC online account:
- Enter your Username. Your Username is the email address of record in our member database.
- Enter your Temporary password. Your Temporary Password is your last name in all lower case (no spaces or dashes).
Example: John Doe, email: johndoe4@gmail.com
Username: johndoe4@gmail.com
Password: doe
- Once you’ve logged into your account it is highly suggested that you navigate to your account profile page where you will find a place to update/change your password. As per the password policy, your new password should contain minimum 6 characters, one uppercase/lowercase and at least one number or symbol should be used.
